How to Reach Hangzhou

• By Plane

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) is the primary gateway to Hangzhou, located approximately 27 km from the city centre. It offers extensive domestic and international connections.  Alternatively, you can take a flight to the Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG) or Hongqiao airport (SHA), and then take a train to Hangzhou (about 50 minutes). 

• By Train

Hangzhou has 4 major railway stations with convenient connections to other major cities in China, including Hangzhou Railway Station, Hangzhou East Railway Station, Hanghzou West Railway Station, and Hangzhou South Railway Station. It takes about 50 minutes by train for the trip between Shanghai and Hangzhou, and about 4.5 hours between Beijing and Hangzhou. 

• By Long-Distance Bus

Major bus stations in Hangzhou (North Bus Station, South Bus Station, Jiubao Passenger Transport Centre) offer connections to provinces across China. 

• By Car

Hangzhou is accessible via major expressways: From Shanghai: Take G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway to Hangzhou. From Ningbo: Take G92 Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway to Hangzhou.

• Hangzhou East Railway Station ——Dragon Hotel (37 minutes)

Suggested Route：Take Subway Line 1 (Xianghu direction, take 3 stops) –WestLake Culture Square Station, change to Line 3 (Shima direction, take 3 stops)– Huanglongdong Station exit A2, walk 346 meters to Dragon Hotel.

• Hangzhou Railway Station ——Dragon Hotel (29 minutes)

Suggested Route：Take Subway Line 1 (Xiaoshan International Airport, take 4stops) –Wulin Square Station, change to Line 3 (WushanQiancun direction, take 2 stops)- Huanglongdong Station exit A2, walk 570 meters to Dragon Hotel.

• Xiaoshan International Airport ——Dragon Hotel (59 minutes)

Suggested Route：Take Subway Line 19 (Shaoxi direction, take 7 stops)- West Lake Culture Square Station, change to Line 3 (Shima direction, take 3 stops)– Huanglongdong Station exit A2,walk 346 meters to Dragon Hotel.

• Hangzhou West Railway Station ——Dragon Hotel (51 minutes)

Suggested Route：Take Subway Line 3 (Xingqiaodirection, 15 stops) –HuanglongdongStation exit A2, walk 570 meters to Dragon Hotel.
